    Business Development Account Executive

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Account Management
    • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
    • Pitching Integrated Staffing and Training Limited services to the clients.
    • Cross sell services to the already existing clients.
    • Assisting in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
    • Networking by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    • Preparing and executing outbound sales event campaigns
    • Performing an extensive analysis of the market
    • Ensuring achievement of targets

    Requirements

    • Experience in B2B
    • 3 years of experience
    • Passionate about Business Development
    • Diploma or Degree in Sales or Marketing from a recognized university
    • Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in clearly communicating either verbally or in written form
    • Well rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business’s strengths and weaknesses
    • Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy
    • A solution oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure
    • A problem solver.
