Business Development Executive at Masterclass Solutions Limited

We are looking for a resilient business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. This is an entry level position.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
• Identify relevant opportunities and prepare a summary and share with the directors for review.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the directors.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Prepare excellent proposals and response to tenders and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related course.
• Sales experience is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Able to proactively address potential issues
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Significant hands-on experience with industry-specific software
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
• Positive and encouraging personality
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
