    Business Development Intern

    We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development intern to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. The business development intern's responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company services, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals. You should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
    2. Analyzing client feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
    3. Account Management
    4. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
    5. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
    6. Pitched company services to the clients.
    7. Cross sell services to the already existing clients.
    8. Assist in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    9. Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
    10. Network by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    11. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
    12. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
    13. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
    14. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, or related field.
    2. Proven experience working in a similar role.
    3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
    6. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
    7. Effective communication skills.
    8. Strong business acumen.
    9. Detail-oriented.
