    Business Development Manager (BDM) - Re-Advertisement

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing client accounts. The role requires a proven performer with a strong track record in logistics sales, capable of consistently meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.

    Role Accountabilities

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
    • Drive sales through solution-based selling, tailored to client needs.
    • Actively follow up on quotations and leads to ensure timely conversion to business.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with zero unresolved client issues.
    • Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and revenue growth.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
    • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
    • Uphold high service delivery standards in line with company policies.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven sales experience within a Transport & Logistics company (mandatory).
    • Demonstrated success in Business Development or Key Account Management roles.
    • Must have an active and verifiable client portfolio within the logistics/transport sector.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to engage, influence, and close deals with decision-makers.
