AIB - Agriculture and industrial BioSolutions is a division focused on delivering increased performance in Agriculture and industrial processes. Working closely with the commercial heads in our lean AIB MEA team your role would be to drive our growth agenda across industries and territories.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Explore territories mainly in Africa where businesses are unmapped
• Assess markets and scout for current and future business opportunities
• Identify market and customer trends to help develop strategy.
• Create business and go to market plans.
• Identify channels which would be ideal partners to help develop business in the region.
• Work with identified customers / opportunities to establish regular business including agreeing on most viable solutions.
• Develop relationships with key industry leaders and influencers also with trade organizations.

To succeed you must hold:

• MBA / MSC or similar qualification
• A 5 year work experience in a Multinational with a similar job capacity
• Fluent in English. Additional languages like French / Arabic are a plus.

Location:

This job will be located at our office in Nairobi, Kenya but candidate must be willing to travel.
