Job Summary:

• Scion Hospital Mwiki is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to support the hospital’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives, partnership development, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships 
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach programs 
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships 
• Support branding, visibility, and patient acquisition initiatives 
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field 
• Minimum of one year of experience in marketing (healthcare experience is an added advantage) 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
