Business Development Officer

Job Purpose Statement

Generate annual commission revenue for Bancassurance products from bank and non-bank customers Retail Banking with Bancassurance BD team and RMs in-order to convert insurance from Retail banking channels.

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, preferable B.Com Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science and Insurance.
- COP in Insurance would be an added advantage. Successful candidate will be required to sit and pass the exams within 6 months of joining.
Professional:
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Packages
Desired work experience:
- At least 3 years working experience with insurance providers. Sales experience in Retail insurance is an added advantage
