Business Development Officers (Bondo Branch) at AA Kenya

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this position will be responsible for coordinating all branch activities including Business Development, Key Account Management, People Management, Customer experience, Marketing, and general branch Administration.

Minimum job requirements:

For appointment to this position, one must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with at least two (2) in a leadership role.
• Business Development experience.
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Leadership qualities.
