Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by sourcing, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships in asset finance and insurance
• Achieve set sales targets by identifying opportunities and cross-selling banking products.
• Conduct market intelligence to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and product pitches.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the bank at marketing events, activations, and client forums to enhance visibility.
• Maintain compliance with banking and insurance regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking sector, with a focus on asset finance and insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, asset finance solutions, and insurance offerings.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking CRM systems.
• Professional certifications in Insurance or Credit/Banking will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and evaluation skills
