Business Sales Supervisor-2 Positions ( Indoor & Outdoor) at Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant

Overall purpose:The primary role of the Business Sales Supervisor  is to support with the production of the products in the mall well as lead projects and develop processes that improve the overall quantity of monthly sales.

Responsibility

• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.
• Taking inventory and accurate stock taking / verification and variance analysis
•  Reconciling cash receipts and performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities and manage sales team to  ensure correct posting and classification of transactions across departments.
• Training staffs  and analysing sales data and reports from various departments to assist in tracking and reporting on relevant key performance indicators (KPI).
• Participate in identifying reporting needs for various departments and developing effective reporting structures to respond to those needs
• Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business management or any business-related field
• Supervisory experience
• At least 3years experience in Supervision or sales related role.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong performance orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details and strong leadership abilities
