Call for Facilitators- Virtual Akili Dada Alumnae Inspire Sessions at Akili Dada

SCOPE OF WORK

• Akili Dada is seeking to engage facilitators to conduct the sessions on:
• Career preparedness and navigating the job market
• Personal branding and building confidence (Personal branding and effective communication skills)
• Mental Health and Awareness- how to cope with mental health challenges and navigate them with the right tools.
• Peer – peer mentorship
• Digital Literacy and Branding- Creating a positive and impactful online presence
• Emotional Intelligence and Resilience
• Personal Financial Management- Financial Literacy
• Girl – led & Young Women Led advocacy
• Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights
• Feminist Transformative Leadership

DELIVERABLES

• Hold an inception meeting with Akili Dada to clarify TORs (Terms of Reference) and understanding of the assignment.
• Share content with Akili Dada for review
• Facilitation of the topic as per area of expertise to Akili Dada Alumnae.
• Submit a report to Akili Dada within one week after the facilitation.
• Provide reading materials to the participants during and after the sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal facilitator should have the following qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of the chosen area of discussion for the sessions.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent mode of delivery to the participants, which should be engaging and thoughtprovoking.
• Experience in facilitation relating to the age group of the engagement and topic of discussion
