Care Navigator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Insurance
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma holders in clinical studies.
- Basic understanding of the concepts of insurance
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and packages.
- At least three (3) years' relevant experience with two (2) years in a Clinical setting.
- Healthcare Knowledge; A strong understanding of the healthcare system, including insurance plans, medical terminology, and healthcare policies and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.
