Casual Host/Hostess (On-Call) at Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL)

Our client is seeking to recruit friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Casual Hosts/Hostesses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed.
Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability while creating a warm and professional first impression for guests.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage reservations and waitlists where applicable.
• Direct guests and coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth floor operations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous hosting or front-of-house experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Well-presented, friendly, and confident communicator.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
