Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketers
• Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Nairobi Check Off loan portfolio
• Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement
• Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes
• Champion Mwananchi’s values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years’ proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance services
• Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing productive sales teams
• Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• A results-driven leader with a reputation for professionalism and trustworthiness
