POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine is in charge of coming up with creative South-East menus and is responsible for the supervision of presentation of food and training and developing outlet teams on standard operating procedures. They are also in charge of recording production data.
