Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare diverse, high-quality meals based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Source fresh, local ingredients with a focus on sustainability and seasonal availability
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen to meet health and safety standards
• Innovate and present meals creatively to enhance guest experience Manage kitchen supplies, budget, and inventory efficiently Offer warm, professional service with a keen eye for detail

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related training
• Minimum 3 yrs experience as a Chef, preferably in holiday homes, boutique lodges, or private residences
• Proficiency in coastal cuisine, fusion, and international dishes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Polite and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Immediate availability
