    Chief Officer Youth Empowerment, Sports and the Arts

    Requirement for Appointment
    For Appointment to this Grade, the Applicant must have;

    •  A Kenya Citizen,
    •  A Youth who must not be more than thirty-five (35) years old
    •  A relevant Bachelors Degree recognized in Kenya,
    •  A Masters Degree will be an added advantage,
    •  Be a Strategic Thinker and Result Oriented,
    •  Proven experience of at least five (5) years of service from a Reputable Organization,
    •  Computer Literacy,
    •  Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution

    Duties and Responsibilities

    •  Oversee smooth running of the Youth Empowerment, Sports and the Arts Division,
    •  Implementation of County Executive Committee Resolutions as guided by the Executive Committee Member,
    •  Formulate and Implement effective Divisional Plans in Line with Vision 2030, CIDP III and other Sectoral Goals,
    •  Proper Management and Supervision of Human Resources in the Division,
    •  Planning and Coordination of the Divisional Activities,
    •  Develop, Update and Implement all Divisional Policies and Procedures,
    •  Create Linkages and Collaboration with other Stakeholders in the Field,
    •  Ensure Compliance with the National Values and Principles of Good Governance as outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution

    Method of Application
