Role Outline

• The resource is expected to support operations at the allocated site, office cleaning and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices and removing cobwebs.
• Wiping office tea station, dispenser, walls and fridge.
• Supply office dispensers with water and glasses.
• Empty dustbins and provide hand paper towels.
• Wiping doors, windows, computer keyboards and dusting workstations.                                 
• Cleaning washrooms and removing cobwebs and restocking the basic items in the washrooms.  
• Assist in carwash and compound cleaning when required.          
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure efficient and effective utilization on safety of equipment.
• Ensure timely reporting.    
• You may be required to undertake other duties as necessitated by business that are not outlined in this profile.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educated to O-level or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications.
• 2 years of work experience in a busy Organization.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Strong teamwork in an agile logistics company.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills.
