• Maintaining an efficient filing system;
• Processing appointments, promotions, discipline, transfers and any other related duties in human resource management;
•  Computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special source of information;
• Preparing payment vouchers; and

• Compiling data and drafting simple letters
