Academic & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• Training in Customer Care.
• Training in Computer Applications
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a healthcare, customer service, or international relations role.
• Experience in dealing with international patients or clients is highly preferred.
