Job Education

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a business-related field Over 5 years experience in the Hospitality industry Knowledge of modern POS systems

Job Must Have

• Attend frequent meetings with the directors and update them on the current operations and any new plans in progress Facilitate training to low-level managers, supervisors and entire staff members to enhance excellent customer service Direct and manage the company’s business activities, develop and implement effective business strategies and programs for the betterment of the company at large -Resolve all staff conflicts swiftly and appropriately and with no favourism -Creating effective schedules ensuring that the restaurant is well staffed during peak hours. -Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls. -Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation. -Maintaining a favourable and safe atmosphere for both customers and employees -Monitoring and motivating staff wherever possible and appropriate. -Answer and respond to customer inquiries relating to food preparations, drinks or any other queries directed to them -Creating and managing effective weekly/monthly budgets -Set food and beverage monthly targets and ensure they’re met -Evaluate staff performance and productivity -Attend and actively participate in training programs as required by the Directors -Generate reports and present them to the relevant authorities -Ensure general hygiene of the restaurant is maintained -Ensure good coordination between the kitchen staff, Restaurant and servers -Any other duty allocated to you by the management.
