    Commission Sales Agents

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for Commission Sales Agents at Ngao Credit Ltd in Eldoret. The Sales Agents will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting financial products, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and participating in training programs.

    Qualifications

    • Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Sales and Insurance knowledge
    • Experience in conducting training sessions
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team
    • Knowledge of financial services and products
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
