Contracts Associate at NALA

Your Responsibilities in this Role

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including vendor, customer, and partnership contracts.
• Maintain organized, compliant records and tracking systems across all contract workflows.
• Liaise with internal teams to collect relevant inputs and manage contract lifecycle tasks.
• Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately, supporting the legal team with high-quality insights.
• Improve the operational efficiency of contract processes as Rafiki scales.

 Must-have requirements

• Qualified legal professional with 2+ years’ experience in contract management or legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial risk.
• Skilled at identifying when to escalate issues to senior legal counsel.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience using contract management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
