Control Room Operator at Priority Activator Consulting

Job Purpose:

Control room controller- Track and trace all the fleet online and make reports as required on rear seal violations, speed violations, overlapping, driver fatigue, harsh braking. Report all incidents and accidents by company fleet in all towns, highways and at parking. Pick and trace on all violations as provided on the transport reporting system by any company vehicles and share before day break or night brake, Track all cameras within HQ external violations and security threats. Manage remotely all the activities in and around the HQ during the day and night. Manage the key handling process and keep track of vehicle security- parked with goods or without at DC. Communicate to branches on all branch deliveries including challenges affecting it on the highway and the expected arrivals of the HQ & king’s deliveries. Observe live on fleet fitted with cameras on drivers’ behaviour and report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record vehicle booking data into the fleet management system, including vehicle travels, work orders, and gate passes.
• Track the trips from start to finish to account for the time it takes drivers to service an order.
• Monitor and report on any fleet online violations as provided.
• Keep track of and report on security of the vehicle and goods.
• Monitor and report driver departures and movements through the TMS.
• Follow up all motor vehicle movements in all the branches and report as directed in the reporting structure.
• Escalate serious violations, accidents, goods threats through intelligent locks tampering to the transport &logistics manager.
• Any additional responsibilities given by the Transport Manager.
• Reports and escalate any drivers distress on the highways to the service providers for security and safety.
• Act as the management eye in intelligence reporting on all vehicle matters on all company vehicles including staff company vehicle abuse

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Security management
• Certificate in control room operations
• Certified security expert or computer expert

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security control room set up
