    Transformation Solution Consultant

    Job Summary

    • The Transformation Solution Consultant at Teleperformance EMEA will serve as a critical member of the Sales Support team, working behind the scenes to design compelling transformation solutions and craft winning RFP responses that drive business growth.
    • This internal-facing role bridges the gap between sales opportunities and technical delivery, translating client business challenges into comprehensive transformation roadmaps that leverage Teleperformance's capabilities across Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, Organizational Change, Generative AI, CCaaS, and Omnichannel solutions. Based within the EMEA region and reporting to the SVP – Transformation, this role requires a solution architect mindset combined with excellent documentation and proposal development skills.
    • The Transformation Solution Consultant works closely with Pre-Sales Consultants, Account Executives, and Delivery teams to ensure that every proposal reflects best-in-class transformation thinking, is technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with client objectives.
    • This is an opportunity for a mid-senior transformation professional to impact deal outcomes across diverse industries while building deep expertise in solution design and pre-sales engineering.

    Job Details

    RFP Response Development

    • Lead the development of high-quality, compelling RFP responses that clearly articulate Teleperformance's transformation value proposition
    • Craft executive summaries, solution narratives, implementation approaches, and transition plans that resonate with client evaluation criteria
    • Develop detailed responses to technical, operational, and commercial requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
    • Coordinate input from multiple internal stakeholders (delivery, operations, technology, legal, commercial) to create cohesive, integrated proposals
    • Maintain RFP response libraries, templates, and content repositories to improve efficiency and consistency across opportunities

    Pre-Sales Enablement & Collaboration

    • Partner with Pre-Sales Consultants and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification through contract negotiation
    • Translate client discovery insights and business requirements into actionable solution concepts and proposal content
    • Support client presentations by developing compelling slide decks, demo scripts, and proof-of-concept materials that showcase transformation capabilities
    • Provide technical and solution guidance during client Q&A sessions, clarification rounds, and finalist presentations (behind the scenes support)
    • Create case studies, ROI models, and business case templates that strengthen value propositions and differentiate Teleperformance

    Transformation Thought Leadership

    • Stay current on transformation trends, emerging technologies, industry best practices, and competitive capabilities across Digital, Process, and Organizational transformation domains
    • Develop reusable solution frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies for common transformation scenarios (e.g., AI-powered automation, omnichannel migration, process optimization)
    • Contribute to the development of internal transformation standards, solution blueprints, and go-to-market materials
    • Share insights from RFP trends, client requirements, and competitive positioning to inform service development and market strategy

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, proposal development, or transformation consulting within BPO, CX, technology services, or management consulting industries
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field required
    • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, Change Management, Cloud/AI certifications) are a plus
    • Proven track record of designing transformation solutions and developing winning RFP responses for complex, multi-million dollar opportunities
    • Experience working across multiple industries, with ability to quickly understand diverse business models, operational challenges, and regulatory requirements
    • Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics, client buying behaviors, and regional business practices
    • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation strategies and technologies, including:
    • Automation and AI/ML applications (RPA, IPA, predictive analytics)
    • Generative AI use cases and implementation approaches
    • CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud) and omnichannel strategies
    • Cloud migration and digital platform modernization
    • Knowledge of Process Transformation methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and continuous improvement frameworks
