Kitui County is located 170Km to the South East of Nairobi City. It covers an area of about 30,496 km2. It borders Machakos and Makueni Counties to the West, Tana River County to the East, Taita-Taveta County to the South, and Embu and Tharaka- Nithi Counties to the North.

Requirements:
- Be a Citizen of Kenya
- Certificate/Diploma in food production, catering, hospitality management or their equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Basic food handling and hygiene certification
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary guidelines and patient needs
- Ensure food is cooked hygienically and safely following health and sanitation standards
- Follow the menu designed by a nutritionist or dietician
- Serve meals on time and ensure correct portion sizes
