Corporate Finance Associate at Noblestride Capital

• Noblestride Capital is a corporate finance advisory firm supporting mid-tier corporates across Sub- Saharan Africa in fund raising, transactions advisory and M&A with a focus on Financial services, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG and Technology sectors.
• We are currently looking for a motivated and growth-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Deal origination and pipeline development
• Preparation of investor pitch decks including but not limited to teasers, information memorandum etc
• Conducting both buyside and vendor due diligence
• Financial modelling
• Business valuation

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

• An undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or actuarial science
• At least two years' experience in corporate finance with hands on experience in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
• Detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills and able to provide insights to experienced business owners and industry leaders through in-depth interpretation of company financials and macro-economic data.
• Agile, able to deal with ambiguity, and deliver quality output in an unstructured work environment.
• Proof of completion or ongoing pursuit of a professional course such as KASNEB's CIFA, CPA or CFA will be an added advantage
