Country Manager at Corporate Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Set up successful business operations
• Be responsible for daily operations; reaching sales, expense, quality targets
• Propose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results
• Recruit, overview and control all employees, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline and quality, communicating clear goals for them
• All necessary communication with government institutions
• Solve any assigned tasks from the Head Office regarding employees, tasks, legal or administrative issues, etc.
• Responsibility to prepare and follow up budget for the country
• Ensure employees acting according to company code of ethics
• Organize the efficient administrative work-flow that is fast and easy

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in managerial position
• Experience in building high performance sales teams and processes
• Strong understanding of the industry
• Strong personality with ability to find compromise if needed
• Positive attitude
• Multitasking skills
• High responsibility level
• Out of box thinking
• High proactivity level and initiative
• Experience in building business or sales processes will be considered as advantage
