    Country Manager- Pharma & Global Brands (1 Position)

    • The Country Manager will be responsible for the company’s operations within Kenya country. This job is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy and business development of pharmaceutical prescription-oriented products and other global products to drive growth and profitability for Aspen Sub Saharan Africa. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, relationship building, and collaboration with sales team to create and implement effective business development strategies. This position requires a proactive approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies in a competitive market.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnership.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare landscape, and cultural diversity in Sub Saharan Africa.
    • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate ability to address complex issues and develop innovative solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Technical and Behavioural Skills

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales strategies, key opinion leader (KOL) management
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly motivated and results oriented.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage the sales team effectively.
    • Strong presentation skills.
