Customer Service Officer at Lions Sightfirst Eye Hospital

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer issues in a timely manner and in line with the organization's policies.
• Manage a large number of calls and emails.
• Use all forms of communication to build, maintain, and manage the hospital's reputation.
• Communicate key messages clearly to clients to ensure comfort and maintain goodwill.
• Monitor publicity, conduct research on client concerns and expectations, and report findings to management.
• Liaise with colleagues and key spokespeople while serving as a link between customers and departments.
• Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints by analyzing situations and using resources effectively.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Public Relations/ Customer Service from a recognized institution.
• Multi-task oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a hospital set-up will be an added advantage.
• 2 years' experience in the same field.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and integrity.
