We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Tire Support Specialist) to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will assist consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors with inquiries related to specific tires or existing orders.
Role Overview
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails
Provide proactive and professional customer support
Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
Maintain product knowledge to ensure best-in-class service
Explain complex processes clearly and guide customers step by step
Compare product features to guarantee customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
6–12 months of customer service experience
Enthusiasm for solving complex issues
Adaptability and versatility to daily challenges
