Customer Support Field Engineer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Mombasa
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related Field
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications, with strong field operations and data centre support exposure.
- At least 4 years' experience in fixed infrastructure, VoIP, Transmission, and IP environments.
- Proven experience in DWDM/OTN/WDM/SDH environments.
- Hands-on experience with data centre systems, including power, cooling, patching, and cross-connect management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage network inventory, spares, and documentation systems.
- Excellent analytical, time management, and follow-up skills.
