Data Entry & Logistics Executive at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture, update, and maintain data in company systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics and operational records.
• Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and collections with suppliers and transport providers.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain stock records.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Ensure proper filing and safe custody of company records.
• Perform other administrative and logistics duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in data entry, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
