Data Services Executive at Ipsos Synovate

Key Performance Areas:

• Editing and creating computer programs and scripts 
• Investigating and solving data related queries independently
• Handling complex projects from technical and project management perspective
• Reviewing / auditing projects programs / folders for standards adherence, completeness and accuracy
• Create strong partnership with Service Lines
• Deliver correct results
• Contribute in improving turnaround times for DP
• Client satisfaction 95% or higher
• Ensure that timesheets are completed on a weekly basis
• Make use of ITC 
• Ensure Issues and Rework are recorded on time and accurately 
• Expand own understanding of data processing through channels, such as on-the-job exposure, reading and discussions with peers
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Education:

• Matric as a minimum
• Exposure to at least 1 programming language 
• Advanced knowledge of data processing platforms used [SAS, SPSS, Dimensions]
• Advanced knowledge of data files types [ASCII, SAV, SAS, CSV]
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel
• Excellent understanding of DP processes and documents
• Good knowledge of MS Power Point
