    Deputy Director, Administration

    For appointment to this position the applicants Must:

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized University.
    • Possession of a Master's degree in Human Resource management is desirable
    • Demonstrate substantial progress towards Certified Human Resource Professional
    • IHRM membership is desirable
    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an HR Generalist in a medium-sized or large organization or educational institution is required; experience in a private university will be an added advantage.
    • Must possess working knowledge of the labour laws
    • Must possess demonstrable skills of an Employee Experience Champion
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
