Requirements for Appointment
A person shall qualify for appointment of the Deputy Registrar of companiesif thatperson:
- Is a Citizen of Kenya;
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing, Member of LSKiii. Has seven (7) years relevant experience
- Has served in the grade of Senior Assistant Registrar or inacomparableposition for a minimum of three years
- Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university;
- Holds a master’s degree from a recognized institution will be anaddedvii. Advantage
- Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law
- Demonstrates professional competence;
- Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution

Successful candidates will be required to fulfil the requirements of Chapter six(6) oftheConstitution of Kenya specifically clearance from the following institutions;
- Kenya Revenue Authority
- Higher Education Loans Board
- Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
- National Police Service (Certificate of good Conduct)
- Credit Reference Bureau.
