Requirements
- Experience in digital products or lending operations is an added advantage.
- Proven ownership of commercial results for live digital products.
- Strong cross-functional influencing skills.
- Data-driven, with a diagnosis-first approach.
- East African financial services experience required; lending experience preferred.
What You Will Do
- Own the commercial performance of MOMENTUM'S digital lending portfolio.
- Drive acquisition, conversion, portfolio health and recovery.
- Collaborate across functions to optimize the digital customer journey.
- Lead the design and launch of next- generation digital financing products.
