To drive the successful adoption and growth of the FarmRise app in Kenya by serving as the local product support liaison and champion, bridging user needs to product features.
Build and drive strategic partnerships internally and cross functionally as well as externally with Key partners and stakeholders and steer aligned business outcomes to enhance customer experiences in the assigned markets
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support design team on design sensibility during prototyping phases to ensure solutions align, mirror and reflect local user needs,behaviours and context
Conduct beta tests and pilots to test practicability, usability of new features and support to validate such with users in core markets
Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to validate and document market insights ,digital platform trends and macros that will enable relevant roadmaps reflecting user needs .Support the validation of farmer pain-points on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate with customer teams ( USS, CFS ) to investigate reported issues and communicate findings to the technical team to ensure timely ,effective and efficient resolution.
Collaborate and cocreate with customer teams to design and execute FarmRise campaigns ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints while driving user acquisition and engagement.
Coordinate daily activities with the local implementation teams and ensure timely completion of tasks according to agreed timelines including the Development and implementation of relevant training programs
Drive innovation mentality to both internal and external partners by articulating business outcomes, clear roadmaps and success criteria
Collaborate with the new business model teams to assess partnership growth opportunities .Coordinate engagement activities on FarmRise that accelerate digital driven solutions .
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Data Analytics and Business Administration
Minimum 5 year’ experience in Digital Product Management. Digital content development and Digital infrastructure development
Sound corporate business acumen including strong relationship development skills .
Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams in the implementation of digital tools and platforms
Ability to develop, foster and utilize a broad base of networks across the organization
Ability to collaborate/communicate across teams
Proven ability to influence effectively in a matrix organization and works well in teams.
