Digital Marketer at Freds Ranch and Resort

• To amplify our online presence and storytelling, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with a strong focus on videography and photography. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop engaging visual content (videos, reels, photos, stories) for social media and digital campaigns. 
• Conduct on-site photography and videography shoots across the ranch (food, guests, events, animals, landscapes). Manage and grow the Ranch’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X). 
• Plan and execute content calendars, influencer collaborations, and digital storytelling series. 
• Edit and produce high-quality visual assets optimized for digital and mobile platforms. 
• Monitor trends and analytics to continuously improve content performance. 
• Support event marketing (e.g., Horsepower event, weddings, retreats) with digital coverage and promotion. 
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand voice, strategy, and content rollout. 
• Capture and curate user-generated content (UGC) to build community engagement. 

YOUR QUALITIES: 

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Media Production, Communication, or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing, digital marketing, content creation, or media production. 
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Pro,) 
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and audience engagement strategies. 
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with the brand. 
• Familiarity with trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and digital storytelling formats. 
• Passion for visual storytelling, hospitality, and lifestyle branding.
