What You Will Actually Do

• Design and run daily digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and WhatsApp Business
• Generate qualified leads for web development, mobile apps and software solutions
• Follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp and email until they convert or are properly closed
• Present solutions, handle objections and close sales (with support from the technical team)
• Create short-form video, carousels and copy that convert
• Track every shilling of ad spend and report weekly on cost-per-lead and revenue generated
• Continuously improve scripts, landing pages and offer positioning based on real data

Compensation

• Attractive monthly retainer + performance commission on every closed deal.
• Exact figures are discussed privately with shortlisted candidates only.

Who Thrives in This Role

• You have sold something before (digital products, services, insurance, real estate, etc.)
• You are comfortable being measured purely by results
• You can switch between creative mode and closer mode in the same day
• You already understand basic Meta Ads Manager or are a fast learner
• You communicate clearly in English and Kiswahili
• You own a smartphone and can work with targets every single week
