What You Will Actually Do

• Design and run daily digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and WhatsApp Business
• Generate qualified leads for web development, mobile apps and software solutions
• Follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp and email until they convert or are properly closed
• Present solutions, handle objections and close sales (with support from the technical team)
• Create short-form video, carousels and copy that convert
• Track every shilling of ad spend and report weekly on cost-per-lead and revenue generated
• Continuously improve scripts, landing pages and offer positioning based on real data

Compensation

• Attractive monthly retainer + performance commission on every closed deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in clients and create a professional first impression
• Answer and route all incoming calls with clarity and courtesy
• Manage the appointment diary and send reminders
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
• Handle basic client documentation and filing
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks when needed
• Receive and distribute mail, parcels and official documents
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality with client information

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or Certificate in Front Office, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in a reception or customer-facing role
• Excellent spoken English and Kiswahili
• Smart appearance, positive attitude and strong telephone etiquette
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Honest, reliable and able to work under light pressure

• Prospect new clients daily through referrals, networks, cold outreach and digital leads
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend the right insurance products
• Present benefits clearly and handle objections professionally
• Close policies and ensure complete documentation
• Follow up existing clients for renewals and additional cover
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline
