Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Precisely prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, ensuring compliance with Customs regulations.
• Bonds/TREOs Management: Expertly knowledge on Bonds and TREOs, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
• HS Code Analysis: Skillfully analyze HS codes on customs entries, ensuring accurate classification.
• Ken Trade System: Proficiently use the Ken Trade system for customs clearance processes.
• iCMS Navigation: Navigate the Integrated Customs Management System (iCMS) effectively for customs-related activities.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sea freight documentation within the clearing and forwarding industry.
• Certification or qualification in clearing and forwarding is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Bonds/TREOs, HS code analysis, and Ken Trade system.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
