    Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Specialist

    Role Overview                                                                              

    The position is responsible for utilizing specialized expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central towards the implementation of various timely projects.

    Responsibilities

    1. Requirements gathering and Documentation
      1. Understand Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and assist in requirement gathering.
      2. Preparing requirements following meetings and input from the clients.
      3. Organizing, categorizing and preparing all documentation.
      4. Assisting with the preparation of the project status report, project timeline and project budget.
      5. Responsible for identifying risks in the project discovered during any work for the client and reporting them to the project oversight team.
      6. Ensure Sign Offs on related activities.
    2. System configuration and Testing
      1. Assist in the design of the solution.
      2. System installation and database setup.
      3. Testing configured software modules (Unit and Integration Testing) against final requirements.
    3. Delivery of End User Training
      1. Preparing the training itinerary, materials and manuals.
      2. Delivering training to end users as scheduled.
    4. Customer Support
      1. Interface with senior management and end users and ensure high customer satisfaction.
      2. Provide Onsite support at Client’s site.
      3. Provide support to users in the UAT phase.
      4. Providing go live and post-implementation support.

    Academic Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other.
    2. Any certification to the area is an added advantage.

    Required Experience

    1. Minimum of (8) year’s relevant experience.
    2. Must have a Logistics and Finance background.
    3. Working experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preparing user documentation and performing data migration.
    4. Must have a certification in Supply Chain Management (Exam MB-330)

    ●        Proficiency in Microsoft office tools including Visio and MS Project with dominance in the creation and understanding pivot charts and tables and connecting to data source.

    ●        Experience with SQL Server, SharePoint, EDI, and WMS is an added advantage.
