Product Owner at Elewa Company Ltd

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a vision and supporting concepts for products.
• Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements.
• Responsible for all stages of product creation including design and development.
• Develop user stories.
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
• Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints with an aim of ensuring product teams meet their respective objectives.
• Adjust and improve each iteration of the product before release.
• Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
• Take part in driving the growth and maturity of the High-Potential Software Development Apprenticeship program.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the management from time to time and which are related to the achievement of Elewa’s & iTalanta’s mission and vision.
