Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Analyze data and use to create insightful reports identifying process improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators of the department.
Prepare and issue letters on non-compliance to the one third rule as designated and ensure closure of cases that involve taking disciplinary actions.
Perform general office duties, maintaining ER data, files and records.
Respond to inquiries pertaining to CBA violations, Terms of Service and staff complaints.
Respond to queries relating to ex-staff and court cases.
Prepare departmental and other ad hoc reports as directed or required.
Provide support in organizing departmental-led events such as ER engagements & ER initiatives
Receive all quotations and invoices for raising IPRs and LPO processing in the Oracle System
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Professional certification in a Data Analysis related field
Diploma/Certification in HR Management will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years experience relevant work experience, including specific experience in the following areas:
office administration
Data analysis & reporting
Use of data analytic tools and/or systems and visual presentation software applications
Customer Service
Handling and communication with a wide calibre of stakeholders
Experience in people management is an added advantage
