    Environmental Consultant and Administration Assistant Intern

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations related to ESG/sustainability projects.
    •  Conduct research on ESG regulations, policies, and best practices.
    •  Support the team in data collection, analysis, and management for various assessments.
    •  Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
    •  Help maintain project documentation and ensure all materials are organized and up to date.
    •  Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving environmental practices and procedures.
    •  Perform general administrative duties:
      • Managing Correspondence: Handling emails, letters, calls and directing inquiries.
      • Scheduling: Organizing meetings, appointments, and calendars.
      • Document Management: Creating and organizing files and databases.
      • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
      • Manage Office Supplies: Ordering and managing inventory.
      • Facilities Coordination: Liaising with maintenance for office needs.
      • Staff Support: Assisting with HR tasks like onboarding and records.
    • Finance with Invoicing and expense management, Health and Safety with HS related duties.

    REQUIREMENTS

    •  Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
    •  A strong passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
    •  Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    •  Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
    •  Language – Business English level.
