ERP Next Developer for Custom ERP at Torque Real Estate Management Limited

• We’re building a cutting-edge fleet management solution on top of ERPNext, designed to support multiple companies through a multi-tenant, white-labeled platform. Our solution emphasizes data segregation, custom branding, and tailored workflows for each client. We're looking for a talented ERPNext Developer to join our team and help bring this innovative solution to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Module Development:

• Design and implement custom modules and features on ERPNext tailored to fleet management, including vehicle tracking, expense management, and reporting.

Multi-Company Integration:

• Configure and enhance ERPNext’s multi-company setup to ensure secure, isolated data management for different clients using a single ERP portal.

Customization & White-Labeling:

• Customize the ERPNext portal for unique branding and user experience, including custom forms, print formats, and workflows.

Integration & API Development:

• Develop integrations with external systems (e.g., payment gateways, telematics, and other third-party APIs) to expand the platform’s capabilities.

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Maintain the ERPNext instance, manage updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high system reliability and performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver on project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:

ERPNext & Frappe Framework:

• Proven experience developing and customizing ERPNext solutions using the Frappe Framework.

Programming:

• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customizing ERP portals.

Multi-Tenant Architecture:

• Experience implementing multi-company or multi-tenant environments, ensuring robust data segregation and security.

APIs & Integrations:

• Demonstrated ability to integrate external APIs and build scalable RESTful services.

Version Control:

• Proficient with Git (or similar version control systems) for managing codebases and collaboration.

Problem-Solving:

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
