ERPNext / Frappe Developer at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

The ERPNext / Frappe Developer will customize, build, and maintain ERPNext modules to support business operations. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into scalable software features, integrate third-party systems, and optimize system performance and security

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and maintain ERPNext modules.
• Develop features using Frappe Framework with Python and JavaScript.
• Create custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party and internal systems.
• Debug and resolve application issues.
• Support ERPNext implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
• Strong technical knowledge of Python, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience working with MySQL or MariaDB databases.
• Solid understanding of core ERP modules including HR, Accounts, Inventory, and CRM
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
