    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    • This is a high-impact role involving executive scheduling, project coordination, communication, and strategic support at the highest level of the company. The right candidate will work closely with leadership, board members, and partners — and have the opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff position.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 8+ years in an EA or similar role
    • Strong English & Swahili communication
    • Microsoft Office expertise
    • Experience managing calendars, inboxes, and executive priorities
    • Based in Nairobi
