Job Summary : The Executive chef will be responsible for the Culinary Development of new dishes / food products for our international community at the Academy cafeteria and ensuring the quality of food items.

The requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Production or Catering related field
- At least 3 years of experience in preparation of international cuisines
- Should have great culinary skills with ability lead and train a team
- Should have a good knowledge of accounting, stock keeping and portion control.
